Debi your photographs are beautiful. I recently found out I have ancestors in Charlestown WVA. There is a memorial in town for the Davenport Brothers. I am so proud of my cousin Paul. He is made of stronvSerbian stock which enables him to solve any problem. Lol. You are a gifted storyteller and love reading the updates. This reminds me of Escape to the Chareau on Peacock. This British couple is doing the same thing you are but in France. They are renovating and repurposing everything only on a much larger scale. 45 room Chateau. I think you and Paul would really enjoy it. Love to you both.
